Why a team camp

The drills Carolina runs, and the matches to use them in

Three all-camp training blocks are run by the UNC coaching staff, working your players through the drills the Carolina team uses in its own practices — with current Tar Heel student-athletes on court alongside them.

Then they get to play what they just worked on. Every program is guaranteed four dual matches against four different teams — around 36 individual matches across the three days. After the third round the field splits into Gold, Silver, and Bronze flights, so the closing blocks are against teams at your level and every program is still playing for something on the final morning. You come home knowing your lineup order, and with plenty to coach off in August.
